This grass root initiative will go a long way in helping to mould right leaders for tomorrow.

“This is a Ribena initiative that we have launched as we look forward to commemorating this year’s International Children’s Day. We are working at ensuring the programme spreads across the nation and that is why we are partnering with B2G in this first of its kind, program. We are proud that we are supporting the efforts of the parents, guardians and the government to produce young people that will grow with the kind of values that will positively affect lives and also make them relevant in the scheme of national development” Akpo said.

The “Ribena Good Values” School Programme was flagged off on April 4,, 2017 with a mandate to interface with public and private schools that desire to participate in the programme.

A major part of the programme, the “Ribena Children for Good Values” Contests and Awards accepts entries from interested schools. The intra-school contest will commence on April 24, 2017. The award is designed to honour and inspire young people regardless of their status or background but whose lives and activities demonstrate an enduring commitment to qualities associated with good values and character.
