The decision to set up Eagleserve Consults Limited in 2016 by Prince Shola Rotimi was a step in the right direction. Little did he know that the agency would rise to become a sought-after marketing communication and solutions outfit located in the heart of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
That it is located in the northern part of the country is a proof to many industry watchers that Eagleserve is an agency to reckon with not only in the northern part of the country but the entire Nigeria.
In 2017, the Abuja based agency got certified by the Association of Advertising Agencies of Nigeria (AAAN) to practise the business of advertising and marketing communications as a top flight agency that would provide holistic marketing communication services to clients at a greater value.
Ever since its debut in the marketing communication industry, most of the agency’s works are based on research coupled with deep insight of the target audience’s perception and attitudes that have really impacted on the clients’ bottom-line. Its works are creatively driven by analytical skills that produce brand experience to the target audience.
Its giant stride has earned it many accolades within and outside the industry. For instance, in 2020, the agency won two industry top awards from leading industry magazines. It won Young Creative Agency of the Year at Marketing Edge Awards, also won Best Young Creative Agency of the Year at Brand Communicator Awards.
During the award ceremony, the publisher of Marketing Edge Magazine, Mr. John Ajayi, commended Eagleserve as an agency that has done well within a very short space of time.
In his words, “We have watched and monitored very closely the impacts of Eagleserve Consultants in the last few years and we can confidently attest to its market leadership, resilience, excellence and above all landmark achievements in its few years of existence.
“Our resolve to recognise the agency as well as other iconic leaders in the business of brand management and management of brand business was equally informed by the fact that these are the people that have made the industry tick over the years.”
In the like manner, the publisher of Brand Communicator Magazine, Mr. Joshua Ajayi, in his remarks said, “Despite the challenges caused by COVID-19 and its negative impacts on businesses across the world this year, 2020, some brands, agencies and individuals have been able to weather the storm and make meaningful impacts in their various fields and as such they deserve to be celebrated.
“In line with our tagline of prestige, integrity and credibility, we set up a panel of assessors who painstakingly reviewed our nominations for the awards, among those nominated we have Eagleserve Consultants who have done exceedingly well in the marketing communication industry,” he said.
Reacting to the awards, Chief Executive Officer, Eagleserve Consultants, Prince Shola Rotimi, noted that these awards have attested to the fact that the industry is monitoring the agency’s hard work and the significant role it is playing in the Nigerian advertising space.
He said, “Our profound appreciation goes to the organisers of these awards for considering us worthy to be awarded as Young Creative Agency of the Year and Best Young Creative Agency of the Year respectively. Our exploits in the northern part of Nigeria show that the industry recognizes what we are doing in just four years of our existence.”
It would be recalled that Eagleserve was incorporated on October 10, 2016, as the first advertising agency to operate in Abuja and the 19 northern states.
Since its establishment, the agency has been engaging in several creatives for both private, NGOs and public organizations such as OSGF, UNESCO, NNPC, Panabiz, EMBEE & Partners, Banrut Rolls Nig. Ltd, Hypo, Indomie, Tetra Furnishing, Sole Planner Property Consultants Ltd, Gassim, FEPER, Index Food Industry Ltd, and FCT Health Insurance Scheme.
Its clients’ base also includes Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Information, Ministry of Aviation, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Standard Organization of Nigeria, and state governments like Kebbi State Government, Yobe State Government, Nasarawa State Government, Bank of Agriculture, Jaiz Bank Plc, 212 Bureau De Change, among others.
As a data-based integrated marketing communications creative agency, Eagleserve is configured to diagnose and prescribe reliable solutions that display on graphical dashboards, with quantifiable and measurable results for clients.
Its unique selling proposition (USP) lies in its intriguing insight (eagle eye) as a research-centered branding outfit with proficiency in discerning the imperceptible factors that constitute every brand’s equity, and distilling marketing information through the prism of deep perception.
Like an eagle, the agency is positioned as the medium through which individuals’ and corporate organisations’ voices could easily be heard from afar, through adequate brand relationship management.
For every campaign it handles, Eagleserve uses analytical skills to determine the best media mix for the brand’s target audience. And, to make emotional connection between the brand and the consumer, its media planners build platforms around consumer insights to separate the brands from the competition by providing consumers with experience that allows consumers to touch and feel the brand in a way that truly captivates them.
Though relatively young in the industry Eagleserve has grown in leaps and bounds with the establishments of two other sister agencies and an NGO.
One of them is Dabira Outdoor Media, a data-driven creative out-of-home agency focused on the Northern hemisphere of the country. The second is the 213 Abuja Property Hub, a property marketing agency focused only on Abuja territory, while the NGO is christened The Hedge Foundation (THF), launched in 2020 during the 4th anniversary of the agency to promote and advance the social inclusion and development of vulnerable persons in Nigeria.
