The Recharge Life Centre, in strategic collaboration with the University of Lagos, is pleased to announce the 2025 edition of its annual Men’s Conference, The Baton Conference, themed “Redefining Manhood.” The event will take place on December 10th, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the ISL School Hall, University of Lagos.
This year’s conference seeks to inspire a renewed and holistic understanding of manhood within an ever-changing global landscape. As social expectations evolve and reshape men’s experiences across the world, there is an increasing need for safe, empowering, and insightful environments that address identity, leadership, emotional well-being, purpose, governance, and family dynamics.
The Baton Conference 2025 is designed to provide such a space, offering a transformative platform that supports men in their journey to grow, connect, and lead with authenticity.
Participants will experience a rich programme featuring keynote presentations, panel conversations, interactive games, team-building activities, on-site medical checks, networking opportunities, gifts, and light refreshments.
The speaker lineup includes O’Tega Ogara, Senior Special Assistant on Digital Media to the President of Nigeria; Stanislaus Martins, President of the Association of Digital Marketing Professionals; Ediri Ose-Ediale, CEO/Executive Director of the Advertisers Association of Nigeria and Lead Psychotherapist at the Recharge Life Centre; Dr. Laja Odunuga, Preventive Medicine and Wellness Coach; Ese Orogun, Chairman and Founder of Rexalnord Limited; and Sharon Omowunmi Oladiji, Global Coordinator of the Leadership and Value Culture Development Initiative.
