Airtel Nigeria, one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunications services provider has fulfilled its promise to some young entrepreneurs who emerged winners in the Aso Villa Day Demo, a presidential initiative aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and innovation through the use of technologies.

The three top start-up who emerged winners in the initiative are: Emmanuel Okena, Mazi Ukonu, and Damilola Olokesusi, commended Airtel for promoting creativity and entrepreneurship in Nigeria.

They received their cash prize of Three Million Naira each at the telco’s Banana Island, Headquarters in Lagos recently.

It would be recalled that the Aso Villa Day Demo initiative was organised some months back aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, job creation and economic growth through the use of new and emerging technologies.
