The 2019 edition of West Africa Innovation Awards will honour outstanding brands and CEOs across different market segments in West Africa.
Some of the leading CEOs that will be honoured include Dr. Francis Jonathan, MD/CEO, Africa Report International, Engr. Adeoye Fadeyibi, MD/CEO of Eko Electricity Distribution Company, Mr. Babatunde Adedoyin, Former President of Outdoor Advertising Association of Nigeria and MD/CEO of Mediaviews Limited.
Others are: Dr. Clifford Braimah, Managing Director, Ghana Water Company Limited, Clarrise Ndinge, CEO, Beta Media, Cameroun, Hayatuddeen Awwal, Managing Director, FHA Mortgage Bank and many others.
According to Adesanya Abidemi, Project Director of the program, the criterion for this year’s award is based on ten strategic indices namely: Strategic CEO Leadership & Innovation, Team Performance Scorecard, Product and Service Efficiency review, Value Delivery Analysis, Customer Services Satisfaction review, Product Visibility Analysis, Product Acceptability review, Pricing analysis, Industry and Peer Perception Analysis, among others.
Some past winners of the coveted award include Galaxy Backbone, Zenith Pension Custodian, Lagos State Property Development Corporation, Origin 8, Ghana, Global Media Alliance, Ghana, Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate.
Others are: Voyance Marketing, Phoster Communications, Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank, Halogen Security Co. Limited, UPDC Plc (UAC Nigeria), Lagos State Pension Commission, JSP Communications Limited, ATC Nigeria, Berger Paint Plc, Rosabon Financial Services, May & Baker Nigeria Plc and Russelsmith Oil & Gas.
The award night will take place at Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Ikeja, Lagos while previous edition took place at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.
